Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Que Who account and its associated data at any time. Here's how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from the app

Open the Que Who app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab, then open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted — "Are you sure you want to delete your data? This action is irreversible."

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in, email us from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you. Please use the subject line "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

Deleted permanently	Your account profile and personal data (name, photos, bio, preferences), your login credentials, matches, and chat activity tied to your account.
Retained briefly	Limited records we're required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained for up to 90 days, then permanently erased.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted you'll need to create a new one to use Que Who again.
